The Crime Of Floating Population And Prevention Study In The Process Of New Urbanization

With the development of new urbanization in China,more and more floating population enter the city,due to that individual factor of the floating population and economic,social,policy reasons,the crime problem of floating population is becoming more and more serious,it poses a threat to the stability of urban social order,if it cannot be properly solved,to a certain extent,it will affect the development of new urbanization in China.At present,how to effectively prevent floating population crime at the root has become a major challenge for the government.The paper comprehensively applies the theory of public management,through the government's perspective,discussion on countermeasures and suggestions to prevent crimes by floating population.First,the paper defines the concepts related to the topics discussed in this paper,it also explains the research theory used in this paper;Secondly,the paper introduces the current situation of floating population and crimes committed by floating population,and combined with the current situation,the paper puts forward the current problems of crimes committed by floating population and the main problems in preventing crimes committed by floating population;Again,this paper analyzes the causes of floating population crime from both subjective and objective aspects,and focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the crimes committed by the floating population in two different areas,namely,the economically developed areas in the east and the economically underdeveloped areas in the west,and the two special groups of ethnic minorities and teenagers;Finally,from the perspective of the government,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent floating population crimes from three aspects: public service,social management and policy guarantee.
