In the second part, I mainly cite that the minimum living guarantee system of China's rural areas in history, as well as the introduction of national minorities in the development of rural poverty and inadequate provisions.As a minority graduate from ethnic minority areas, I am very worried about the overall poverty situation of the minority residents in the rural areas.I work through the relevant data and feeling ,finding that China's rural poverty-stricken minority population of the rural poor in the urban and rural population and the proportion of poverty-stricken population is very serious. They are the focus and Difficulties crowd of building the special National Anti-Poverty and a new socialist countryside. Whether we can solve the problem of food and clothing for these people to get rich on the road, is whether or not we can consolidate the key to help the poor. it also has a direct bearing on China's national unity, the building of a harmonious society and building a well-off social goals achieve, and even the sustainable development of national economy as a whole is extremely significant.Therefore, I believe the rural minority and the minimum subsistence guarantee system complements the legal system in the country is necessary to establish and improve.
