On The Cultivation Of The Civic Awareness Of The Law

This article analyzes the reason of citizen legal consciousness missing from China traditional culture's, utilizes the domestic and foreign effective legal consciousness cultivation theory and the practice, trying hard to find the method and the way of citizen legal consciousness cultivation, to promote our country's political civilization construction by this, to raise citizen's legal belief, to sped up the construction process of a country under the rule of law's.Four parts of my article are discussing about citizen's legal consciousness .The first part is analysis of legal consciousness . It is scientific and clear preface of the whole article. The second part is about current situation. The three part is theoretical analysis the causes of the China's legal consciousness status. From the country's requirements of the times to build our law rule. It is micro-explanation of shortage problems and reasons of our citizen's legal consciousness. The forth part is my idea about how to prove the citizen's legal consciousness. I regard that main problem of training citizen's law consciousness is changing of their legal consciousness, in my article. The last purpose is making event citizen respect and believe law.
