Zibo City Subdistrict Office Administrative Orientation

As our country joins WTO, the administrative management system and mechanism of our government have carried on a series of reforms. The government of subdistrict office is regarded as the basic level political organization of the city, so we should grasp the opportunity to deepen the administrative system reform in an all-round way. A scientific subdistrict office is to ensure every undertaking of economic society of area is good and develops quickly.In actual life, though subdistrict office has played an enormous role in socio-economic development, however, for various reasons, there are a lot of problems in the administration of the subdistrict office. The existence of these problems, not only have influenced community's economic development but also damaged the images of the Party and government to a certain extent.The text is based on the streets reform, and refers to the experience of many countries such as U.S.A., France, Japan, etc. According to these, I analyzed the state of administration of subdistrict office of Zibo. Through the historical changes of tracing back to the system of subdistrict office, I analyzed the reason why there are so many unstandardized administrative systems, administrative organization that need to be reformed. According to these problems, I raised some solutions to solve them: through the improvement of the legal basis for deepening the reform of the administrative system neighborhood offices; make sure what is the function of the government to promote the innovation; in the end, I raised the idea of building the harmonious neighborhood offices, so it can promote the administrative offices to scientific streets.
