War Period The Communist Party Of China Democratic Republic Of The Strategic Thinking

Democratic Republic was the basic political proposition of CCP from the late period of the Agrarian Revolution War to the initial period of Anti-Japanese War. It was the Chinese Communist Party who created this theoretical and practical miracle of power under the guide of Marxism-Leninism Principle and the consideration of the reality of China. It marked CCP was completely free from the influence of "Soviet" pattern in terms of state power and indicated that CCP and Mao Zedong's theory of state began to move toward a mature stage.On the base of historic materials and datum , with the method of history , logic and comprehensive comparison , the present paper focuses on the discussion of the thought of democratic republic advocated by CCP during the period of Anti-Japanese War.In introduction part, the thesis briefly introduces the significance of the Democratic Republic thought, current academic researches in this area and my first step programming to this dissertation.The first part illustrates the theoretical and realistic basis on which the Chinese Communist Party has proposed the Democratic Republic. According to the sources of Mao Zedong Thoughts, it has been specifically utilized in the regime theory. Its theoretical basis is analyzed in respect of two aspects, i.e. "social republic" proposed by Marx and Engels and the "democratic republic" claimed by Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Its realistic basis is analyzed from the changes of domestic political situation and class relations after the North China Incident.The second part deals with the historical process of the ideological evolution of the Democratic Republic of the CCP. The "Democratic republic" is not proposed by the CCP instaniously, but evolved from the slogans - "the genuine democratic republic" of the Second Party Congress, "the worker and peasant Republic", to "people's republic", and "Three Principles of the People Republic" is the development and improvement of the "democratic republic".The third part elaborates the contents of "democratic republic thoughts" from the different perspectives on the basis of overviewing the rationale of its proposal and the process of its development. This part includes the features of the democratic republic system, the comparison between Democratic Republic, People Republic and the new democratic republic; the evaluation of democratic republic thought from the perspectives of the historical significance and historical destiny.The fourth part evaluates the theoretical and realistic significance of the Democratic Republic thoughts of the CCP. The theoretical significance is located in enriching and developing the idea of State Regime on the basis of Marxism, and being the important theoretical results of the CCP on the state power from the foudation to a mature stage. The practical significance lies in its important insprirations towards the following aspects: building political power from the national characteristics and the national conditions, adhering to the correct leadership of the party towards the people's political power and the armed forces; strengthening the current building of democratic politics; promoting the political civilization of socialism and utilizing the "One Country,Two Systems"for the early realization of reunification of the motherland.The last part summarize the thesis, and makes overall appraisal to the democratic republic thoughts of the CCP.
