On China's Community Correction System

In this chapter, after presenting the history and current situation of community correction, the writer points out the limitation of China's community correction in terms of notion, classification, application, institution and personnel; The fourth chapter, the improvement of our nation's community correction. The chapter is divided into following parts: promotion of local community correction idea, increase of the sorts, improvement of recent institution, arrangement of staff and focus on the minors. Based on the current status of domestic community correction, this chapter suggests that our nation should improve relevant legal system, apply community correction a wider range, enrich the contents of community correction, build an administrative system of community correction which is mainly composed by justice administration agency so as to advance the application of community correction.
