"triangular Relationship" In The Community Governance Research

At present, there are three main parts which is residents committee, owners committee and realty management companies in the community of the management structure. The relationship between these three main parts is complex and has not yet been straightened out. Based upon the in-depth investigation of several residential communities, such as Jiading Town, Xincheng Road Area, in this paper, the difference between the responsibilities range and functional localizations of residents committee, owners committee and realty management companies in the community of the management structure were discussed. I also analyzed the three main interaction between each other, as well as a variety of the problems and contradictions, with a focus on realty management Center for functional integration in order to form a benign interaction, putted forward the suggestion of community building and management of the corresponding policy, based on improving and optimizing the management of the community "triangle".
