On The Prevention Of Crimes Committed

As a historically social phenomenon,job-related crimes is accompanied by class,national,law,duties exercising public authorities. Job-related crimes will imperil the core of the state power directly.As result of job-related crimes would be greatly damaged the equity and justice,job-related crimes is more harmful to society than the general crime. Job-related crimes aren't tolerated for the ruling class of the successive dynasties.In order to protect the interests of the ruling class and state stability by punishing and prevent ing job-related crimes,the rulers of the countries adopted various measure and formed the laws in every historical period.The international community has faced an important task of preventing job-related crimes when we went into the mid twentieth century.To control and resolute the job-related crimes,we should prevent and keep within limits the job-related crimes.The measures of the current anti-corruption taken by the international community has been to "address both symptoms and root causes-both to prevent and punish".It is the goal that clean,efficient and non-job-related crimes pursued by all countries.To build and improve Chinese socialist market economic system and socialist legal system and economy,and to Chinese accession to the WTO to adapt quickly to the further development of international economic integration needs,and we should improve and consummate the prevention system of our country further.This will be of great practical significance for the reduction of job-related crime and the promotion of Party styles.Combined the justice practice of Pingdingshan City in China,author discusses the prevention against the job-related crimes in five sections. Analysis of the meaning of job-related crimes,the current status quo of Chinese positions and characteristics of crime and the danger of job-related crimes in the first part;In the second part,the author analyze the causes of job-related crimes from the fours;In the third part,an analysis of job-related crimes in our country system to prevent the status quo,pointing out that different agencies in our country's crime prevention duties in the role and shortcomings;fourth part of an analysis of other countries and regions and the United Nations to prevent the useful experience of job-related crimes,in order to make the prevention of job-related crimes in our country to improve system to prepare the proposal;in the fifth part,I put forward the recommendations of the prevention measures of job-related crimes.I hope that the above theoretical analysis can help the relevant judicial practice.
