Ethical Reflection Of National Treatment Of Migrant Workers

Peasant workers have made great contributions to our cities'prosperity, the rural development and the country's modernization. However, compared with their contributions to the society, they have not completely obtained the corresponding legal identity and the fair treats.Lacking enough legal basis, some departments and local authorities have formulated many rules and regulations to maintain the rights and interests of peasant workers, but still peasant workers'legal rights and interests were encroached repeatedly. Facing up to the present situation of peasant workers and giving corresponding"national treatment"to them is the most important task in the process of constructing the harmonious society at present. From the problem of the peasant workers'national treatment in our country, based on three aspects of the political rights and interests, the economic interest and the social rights and interests ,the article has promulgated the present situation of the lack in peasant workers'national treatment in our country, and analyzed the reason why the question arised.At last, the article proposes the constructive countermeasures on how to realizes the peasant workers'national treatment.Thus the research of the peasant workers'national treatment can be more thorough,which can deepen the people's understanding of peasant workers'national treatment,and then attract more attention to the realistic circumstances of peasant workers.This article is divided into four parts altogether:The first part is about the outline of the peasant workers'national treatment.It mainly carries on the outline of the concepts about the"peasant worker",the"national treatment"and the"peasant worker national treatment", their community characteristics. It proves its value reason from two aspects about the society and individual.The second party is about the theoretical analysis of the national treatment.It mainly analizes the ideological foundation"the sports lotteries"and"the social contract"from which the national treatment arises.At last it discusses with the idea that supports the theory of the national treatment: equality, freedom and fair.The third part mainly classified the lack of the peasant workers'national treatment and the reason in our country at present. This part has promulgated the phenomenon that lacks the peasant laborers'national treatment in our country, narrating from three aspects in the political rights, the economic interest and the social rights,and then it discusses the reason why the problem of the peasant laborers'national treatment exists from the system, the peasant workers themselves and the social reasons.The fourth part proposes the constructive countermeasures to realizes the peasant laborers'national treatment on the analysis of the peasant laborers'national treatment in our country at present .We should cultivates the master consciousnesof the peasant workers,and raise their awareness of legality.In the aspect of the mechanism,we should reform the situation in the division between city and countryside, establish the employment system equally, consummate the sharing social security systems, and make the expression mechanism more perfectly to realize the system to be fair. In the society,we should realize the respects to the people.,and display the function of media to guide the public opinion to build the harmonious social atmosphere.Only in this way can we promote the realization of the peasant workers'national treatment in our country.
