The power of restraint and supervision over the political life of mankind are enduring a hot, and also is a major subject in social science research. At present, the endless stream of corruption cases show that the Party and our government are now and will always be in a high incidence of corruption-prone period, so the party and state power face the severe test of power at all times. Corruption of power seriously weakened the party and the masses of cadres to the people is what to the fish to water, eroded the basic legitimacy of the ruling party, and threatened the safety and stability of society.
