Rule Of Law And The Fit Of The Villagers' Autonomy And Interaction

The promotion of the rule of law and the autonomy of villagers are in progress. Both at the theoretical level and in practical level , there are many same points and different points. They decide that the relationship between the rule of law and the villagers' autonomy may reach to the ideal fit state, or reach to tensions and conflicts. The contemporary Chinese society is in transition. How to avoid the emergence of tensions and contradictions between the two and make the negative impact caused by the conflicts between the two to the smallest extent and achieving the perfect fit state have great important significance for the construction of China's democratic constitutionalism and the building of a socialist harmonious society and a new social countryside.The building of a new social countryside is a systematic project. The rule of law and the strategy of villagers' autonomy should combine together perfectly and support with each other .We should rely on the rule of law to protect the autonomy of villagers , and come to the genuine state of the rule of law by the progress of the villagers' autonomy in order to achieve the positive interactions between the two and unified in the construction of China's democratic constitutionalism ultimately.
