The Present Situation Of Rural Area's Ruling By Law In China And The Developing Trend

China is an agriculture country and agriculture plays a very important role to the development of economy and the stable of society. Farmers, agriculture and rural area are very important. If they are out of control of rule of law, then it will be empty talk to rule the whole country by law. The issue of rural area is the core of politics and economy. Pay attention to China, we must pay close attention to rural area. The road of modernization has the content of legality and the key of legality is in rural area. Reform makes the rural area open the door and changes the distribution of interests and exposes many problems of rule of law in rural area which still has a long way to go. So making a study of the issue of rural area's rule of law is the requirement of time and it is also very urgent. The thesis bases on the definition of rule of law and points out the definition of rural area's rule of law and analyses the essential factors and some problems which mainly discusses the villagers committee and the villagers autonomy. The thesis tries to analyze the trend of rural area's rule of law and puts forward the ways and approaches to solve them and also emphasizes the importance of rural area's rule of law to the civilization construction of socialism politics.
