On The Perfection Of Chinese Legal System Of Service Trade Under WTO Framework

With the rapid development of economic globalization, the desire for legal services in transnational economic exchanges has driven the rapid development of trade in legal services. China has acceded to the WTO in 2001, in accordance with its commitments, China has opened its legal services market gradually. But compared with developed countries, it is still at a lower level of development. There is no denying that, a far-reaching revolution in China's legal services market is on-going. How to keep a favorable development of China's legal service, in order promote the economic development, is an urgent and realistic issue.The author hereby analyses this question in the following five parts: Firstly, Part 1, a brief introduction about the legal service and the trade in legal service under the WTO,including the concept and principles; Secondly, from Part 2 to 5, focusing on a number of fundamental issues - market access, national treatment and the domestic regulation, combined with the actual situation of our country to carry out a thorough and meticulous analysis; Finally, Part 5, summing up the current issues of China's legal service, making an analysis on the necessity of improvement and the possibility of further opening up the legal service market and bringing up some suggestions to our future legal service development.
