On The Realization Of Labor Rights

As the basic activity of humanity, labor and labor right are concerned with the benefit of everyone. Moreover, it also affects the stability of society and the increasing of social wealth. The state has the primary obligation in labor right. We should also encourage other social organizations to play important roles in labor right , for the state also has insufficiency.In this dissertation, the practice of social responsibility is taken to study the labor right, and the role of enterprise in labor right is also discussed .when the enterprise fulfilled its social responsibility; the labor right is also achieved. Firstly, the basic theory such as the background and situation of its naissance is reviewed. Then form the social-basic right and people-basic right, it is illustrated that the achievement of labor right needs the activity of forms. Moreover, the relative theory of enterprise obligation is expatiated. The achievement of labor right is demonstrated, the mode and realization of labor right protection is introduced, the situation of labor right deficiency is analyzed. Ultimately, it is concluded that the labor right should be realized by social responsibility. The function of labor protection by social responsibility is introduced. And three suggestions are given in the last.
