Corporate Social Responsibility Research In Labor Law Field

In this paper, starting with the dilemma in both of the female fairnessemployment reality and corporate social responsibility distribution, the author putforward the argument in the world of academia on the establishment and abolition aswell as on the nature of corporate social responsibility. Through the argument analysis,the author suggested the rationality in existence and development of corporate socialresponsibility and the importance of being explicit about the nature of corporate socialresponsibility in the labor law field.Then the author analyzed corporate social responsibility development both homeand abroad via historical dimension, which revealed the significance of stressingcorporate economic personality independence in our country. The author alsocomparatively analyzed among social responsibility, economic responsibility, legalresponsibility, moral responsibility via logic dimension, which revealed primaryand secondary relationship between corporate economic responsibility and corporatesocial responsibility, also revealed the relationship bottom line and encouragementbetween the legal responsibility and moral responsibility in the corporate socialresponsibility. The author considered the moral responsibility accounted for the mainbody of corporate social responsibility, and it was the main part of the existence andcontinuous development of corporate social responsibility. Legal responsibility hasthe characteristics of bottom line and compulsion. Legal responsibility was based on moral responsibility, both of which constituted the whole corporate socialresponsibility. Through analysis on the development of corporate social responsibilityvia reality dimension, the author rethought profoundly the drive of corporate socialresponsibility in our country and re-positioned it from macro, medium and microperspective.Finally, the author advised on the perfection of corporate social responsibilitysystem in our country. Based on being explicit about the boundary of corporate socialresponsibility and government social responsibility, we should emphasize on thestimulating and guiding function of government in the perfection of corporate socialresponsibility. We should also allow full play to the role of non-governmentorganization and enable it to perfect corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, weshould establish the operation system of corporate social responsibility whichconformed to the national conditions.
