Thirdly, reviews the Population Floating at The Delta Yangtze River and The Delta of the Pearl River, and compares them with Population Floating of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei district, then it specially sums up and analyzes the basic characters and the developing changes during different periods after our country's reform. On the basis of above, lastly the point shift to the research into the specific problems of Population Floating of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei district.
