Study On Residence Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai Inflow Population

Since the 1990 s,large-scale population migration and migration have taken place throughout the country.Due to the loosening restrictions on population mobility in China,relatively rational free population mobility is encouraged and advocated.However,due to the regional impact of population mobility,the current problem of population mobility deserves more in-depth study.The three relatively developed areas of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai have always been active areas of population migration.In the process of China's reform,opening up and economic marketization,we have been deeply studying the main influencing factors and population changes of population migration in the three major developed areas of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai,and studying the relationship between regional economy and population migration within and outside the region.The willingness of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai to keep an eye on the inflow population has a vital impact on the comprehensive development of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai.Based on the study of residential willingness of Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai influx population,this paper analyses the influencing factors of residential willingness,improves the residential willingness of floating population,and promotes the stable and healthy development of three cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai.Based on the 2016 national floating population survey data,this paper statistically analyzed residence intention by using SPSS software,and studied the residence intention of the floating population in Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai.By analyzing the influence of characteristic variables of floating population on urban residence intention,the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,among individual characteristic variables of floating population,female floating population has a higher residence intention,while male floating population has a weaker residence intention than female floating population.The residence intention of married floating population is higher;The higher the education level,the higher the intensity of residence intention will be;Migrants aged 50-59 are most willing to stay in cities.Secondly,in the socio-economic characteristic variables of the floating population,the higher the monthly housing expenditure,monthly total expenditure and monthly income of the floating population,the higher the residence intention of the floating population is.The floating population who participated in the local insurance system showed a high willingness to stay in cities.Thirdly,in the flow characteristic variable,the intention of residence increases with the flow time of the floating population in the destination.The more the floating population moves,the higher the residence intention;The residence intention of the floating population who moves alone is higher than that of the floating population who does not move alone.The floating population whose families move with them has the strongest intention to stay.According to the conclusion,we can give some suggestion: First,improve the social security system of the floating population and promote the citizenization of the floating population;Second,we will strengthen professional and technical training for the floating population.Third,we will protect the legitimate rights and interests of the floating population.Fourth,we implemented a variety of measures to raise the household income of the floating population.
