Empirical Study On The Effect Of Government Efficiency On The Integration Of Land Transportation In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Province

The collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,is promoted as a national strategy in depth in all areas.The level of government's efficiency plays an important role in the collaborative development process.Basing the efficiency of the government as the subject,using the coordinate development as the important support,taking the land transport integration as the starting point,this study uses the theories of government efficiency,regional coordination,externality to analyse the current situation of government efficiency in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei in the integrate construction of land traffic.By the means of literature study,empirical and regression analysis,finding that there still exists the low operation and coordination efficiency,the lack of input and out put of transportation between the governments of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei.For theses problems,this article puts forward some corresponding and operable improvement opinions.Accelerate the integration of land transport,is an important part and the fundamental support of coordinated development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,is the premise and guarantee to further promote the coordinated development into other areas.Therefore,as a starting point,an embedded discussion and analysis of the efficiency of the government in this process,is a further standardization and acceleration of the coordinate development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,has an important strategic value and practical significance of it.At the same time,it will also play an useful reference role to the accelerate development deeper in other areas.
