The Rise Of New Social Strata Impact On China's Political Development

The new concept of social class is put forward by Jiang Zemin on the topic of "to celebrate the 80 anniversary of the founding of the CPC's speech at the General Assembly". This group includes entrepreneurs and technical workers in private technology enterprises, managers employed in foreign-funded enterprises, the self-employed, private entrepreneurs, employees in intermediaries and free professionals. They are playing an increasingly important role in modern economic development of China. The Sixteenth Party Congress positioned them as "builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics." The relationship between new social classes and our society is not only in the economic field but in the political development. There is a close link with the political development in China. This link is reflected from the political impact. They play their roles on the party's base, political participation, political decision-making and political culture. The force could not be ignored.Objective:This paper is mainly researched through positive and negative impact of political development to analyze the problem of new social strata. We should address these issues to take relevant measures to guide them. Then they could contribute their positive force to our socialist.Methods:This paper is a comprehensive subject from the research methods. I must use a variety of theoretical frameworks and research methods to research it strictly and scientific. The main methods include political and cultural theory, autonomy theory, democratic theory and relevant state laws and provisions of the party. I will try it on the basis of scientific theory. The practical problems will be sought in the vision of the oretical analysis through the combination of comparative research, analysis and synthesis, history and logic, theory and practice.There are two principal means of specific studies in this writing. The first one is literature method. This one needs widely data collected through various channels literature as comprehensively as possible. Understand and absorb the 80's, especially since the 90's in the oretical circle on the development of new social studies class to provide adequate theoretical support. The second one is field survey methods. Through field investigation, get the detail perception of the rise of new social classes, their political participation and joining the party. Then discover from the real reasons of the problems and increase perceptual knowledge to rational one. Finally, under the guidance of the theory and practice of Marxism, take the rational knowledge to solve practical problems in practice.Innovative achievements:I will analysis the affect of new social strata from the political field in order to get more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the new social strata for their development in China and to provide the oretical guidance. This article combines a theoretical and practical technical route, from the legal, institutional, system, interests and cultures to try to make a detail analysis in the affection of new social classes. Based on our national conditions, I take the political and cultural theory, public choice theory, the new results of the administrative culture to study more systematically and deeply in the path of political participation issues. This study reflects the multidisciplinary research and develops new social class in the new area.
