The Research Of The Structure Of Social Strata's Change And Its Impact On Our Country's Political Development Since Reform And Opening-up

Since reform and opening-up, China has entered a period of social transition: It is a whole change including social, political, economic and cultural changes. Social transformation of our country and interests of the pattern of social structure has undergone profound changes, the changes in the structure of social strata is the most important performance .it has a great impact on political structure and political operational mechanisms, particularly the social strata division and the new emergence of social classes, not only make Chinese society from a closed, rigid state to a more open and flowing society, but also make China's social development and political development even more dynamic. At the same time, changes in the structure of social strata also raise a series of issues for the political development of the new century. In fact, China's political development is to achieve under the continuous adjustment of these contradictions.Based on the change of the structure of social strata in contemporary China, this article will be to analyze four aspects of these changes on the political role in promoting the development of four areas firstly: changes in the structure of social strata promote political democratization process ; promote the change of government functions ; mobilize the people's political participation and promote the formation of participatory political culture . Then analyze these changes on the formation of the challenges of political development from four aspects: lead to the weakening of political authority, be not conducive to political stability, undermine the legitimacy and orderly political participation, and weaken the formation and development of the mainstream political culture. Thirdly drawn through the macro inference: the impact of the changing social class structure on political developments is the change of the model of the relationship between the state and social model. At last, analyze the measures that how China's political system to deal with the problems: converse and improve the system of political control, and improve government's ability to control society; enhance the level of institutionalization of political participation, accommodate the demands of political participation from all walks of life; coordinate the distribution of the pattern to form positive interaction between the social classes and maintain social justice; form the leading role of the mainstream political culture ,give full play to the political culture at all levels of society of cohesion and integration.
