With the coming of information age, communication has caused more and more attentions. As the expanding modern administration, the executive-level range and the increasingly complex administrative activities, without a good communication system and communication environment, it may lead to a lack of understanding of the administrative environment and community. Poor communication will lead to a low productivity, poor quality and service, and it may increase costs.In the long journey of human society, language is the main tool for people to transmit information. Similarly, the administrative language is the main carrier for communication. The language here does not refer to general linguistic symbols, but for the special language forms of the administrative activities. In recent years, administrative communication research is emerging, but only few people study the use of administrative language in administrative communication. There are a little of domestic data to introduce the use of administrative language. Mostly it is confined to a single form of language, such as official language; body language. Administrative language isn't a new vocabulary. But the definition is ambiguous. This article seeks to clearly define the administrative language and explore its use in administrative communication, and it focuses on the status of administrative language using, the reasons what cause poor using of administrative language and the measures to enhance the use of administrative language.Based on the comprehensive basis of previous studies, this article put forward its own point of views. Administrative language, are some information symbols that in the process of the executive staffs working on the state affairs, public affairs and internal affairs, to reflect administrative activities and their development and changing. As the general language, administrative language has diversity, flexibility. Because it used in a special environment, it also has characteristics of political authority and convincing. Administrative language has cognitive function and social function, political function. There are three requirements of administrative language using in communication:the content of expressions must be objective and true; the language expression must be strict and accurate; the target of language expression must be appropriate.Language services for communication. By analyzing three forms of the administrative language, this paper think there are some errors existing in current use of administrative language. Generally, they refect on three factors:first, the description of language content is not clear; second, the language expression is inappropriate; third, the target of language is not clear. There are four reasons: asymmetric communication informations; deviated communication consciousness, including unconscious bias and distorting deviation; polluted communication environment; abused fuzzy linguistic.According to the choice of communication medium, the consciousness of communication, and the use of administrative language, this paper find some methods to promote language using. We think that, select the appropriate carrier of language is a prerequisite to enhance administrative language. Second, raise awareness of administrative body, which is the basic guarantee to enhance the administrative language using. Third, clean communication and language environment, which is to clear the way for the use of administrative language. Finally, stablish an administrative language system, which is the fundamental guarantee to administrative language.Administrative communication, even the whole administrative activities are inseparable from the administrative language. Combining the administrative language using research and communication research, will undoubtedly deepen people's understanding of the administrative means of communication, enhance the using of administrative language and make the communication more fluent. Therefore, the rational use of administrative language is the prerequisite for achieving effective communication.
