| Wetlands are important ecosystems worldwide, with important economic functions and ecological functions. All the world realizes the significance of wetlands' protection.In this article, the author elaborates the domestic legal system of wetlands' protection, the substance of and some relevant international treaty.By analyzing the existing legal institution, the writer points the problems of internal laws, such as the deficiency on systematicness, principle, efficiency and legal responsibility. Subsequently, concerning the theoretical foundation, fundamental principle, execution of treaty and strengthening compulsory execution of laws, a series of opinions on revising the subsistent wetlands'laws is presented in the paper. |
