In 2008, the Chinese people witnessed the millions of volunteers take an important part in helping people lift the distress of Wenchuan earthquake and reconstruction of homes for the first time.It is also witnessed the Olympic volunteers with a smile and hard work for the Chinese to win the respect of the world.Volunteer service is a non-gratuitous, serving others and contributing to society's public welfare services.Volunteers without remuneration, but the basic conditions for volunteer action to protect their own needs.
