The current aim of education in our country is to achieve Educative Democracy, Educational Equity and the Balanced Development of education; focus on individuality, human-centered and attach importance to the Value of Education. We should transform inferiority into superiority with the decrease of the enrollment, reduction in the size of classes and excessive supply of Educational Resources. The primary connotation of Class Size Reduction is that make use of rich resources of education, create a quality learning and teaching environment, adopt personalized and Multifarious teaching methods/strategies to improve the comprehensive quality , make sure the students get overall personality and character development. Class size reduction is the trend of education development in the future.By the research on the Class size reduction, The paper adopts the method of empirical research and questionnaire to discuss the relative theory, trample the conduct effectively in Class size reduction's idea and methods, construct classroom instruction of"20+20", show the whole process of Class size reduction by the class memoir, track the growth of student. At last the author puts forward the Implemental Suggestion for Class size reduction based on the real Practice and Reflections.
