| Objectives:Through the questionnaire, literature method, individual interview method, analysis of variance,t testing method and nonparametric statistics etc., the author investigates on students'creativity situation of Beijing Pharmaceutical School; analysis of the relationship between the students' creativity and scores; looks for the reasons of negative correlation between the students' creativity and scores; explores the influence factors of the secondary vocational students' creativity; provides a series of developing the students' whole level of creativity, improve their academic performance and promote their all-round developmental ideas and some suggestions.Methods:â‘ Through the questionnaire, the author investigates on the whole students' creativity situation of Beijing Pharmaceutical School and analysis of the students' basic composition;â‘¡The paper applies the statistical soft system to analyze the reasons of negative correlation between the students' creativity and scores, in order to provide essential foundation for the secondary vocational students' creativity and employ ability;â‘¢Through literature method, the paper uses the existing research results of creativity, the relationship between the students' creativity and scores, and then give my own opinion;â‘£Though analysis of variance and t testing method, the paper looks for the main way of the secondary vocational students' creativity,scores and comprehensive quality, and then puts forward some possible solutions.Results:â‘ The students' creativity of this secondary vocational school is the same as the average, and the creativity of the average overall score is 107.523, need further improve and enhance. It is negative correlation between the students' creativity and scores. There exists some difference between comprehensive quality and post demand;â‘¡The major influence factors for students' creativity of this secondary vocational School include gender and specialties; the average score of male students' creativity and female students' creativity is respectively 109.964 and 107.373, male students' creativity is higher than female students' in the creativity of the average score and adventure and challenging these two dimensions; There are marked specialty variations among biology and pharmaceutical, biology and traditional Chinese medicine, quality testing and pharmaceutical, quality testing and traditional Chinese medicine, and pharmaceutical and traditional Chinese medicine students' creativity professional level are better than biology and quality testing;â‘¢It is negative correlation between the students'creativity and average scores of their three terms in this school, total score of creativity, imagination, curiosity and challenge;â‘£Only child and the only child, the town centre and rural households, parents educational and creativity of the four areas are not constitute a significant role.Conclusions:Society, schools, teachers, students, and the students should work together, to enhance creative thinking ability and creativity of the secondary vocational school, to make student learn and improve achievement and comprehensive ability, to work hard for the post requirements of work. Specific measures include:carrying forward the reform of the curriculum and majors design, and adapting the market demand for secondary vocational students; using various teaching methods and colorful teaching means to create merry and light-hearted study atmosphere, in order to take the initiative; improving the overall qualities and creativity of the teachers; admiring the students and using teachers'evaluation properly, in order to improve the students'creativity and scores; build new achievement-test system for students; developing extracurricular activities and training the students'ability of creative thinking from practice; teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to cultivate the students'creativity of different sexes. |
