Modern information technology characterized by cloud computing,big data,mobile internet and Internet of Things has created a powerful opportunity for vocational education.As an important part of education informationization,vocational education informationization has been receiving a lot of attention.Since the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the development of vocational education informatization has made great progress.The strategic deployment of vocational education informationization has taken initial shape,the infrastructure construction has been further strengthened,management norms and technical standards have been continuously improved,the application of digital education resource has continued to deepen,and the information literacy of teachers have been significantly improved.In such a case,the strategic goal of China’s vocational education informatization development has turned to the deep integration of information technology and teaching,to enhance the information literacy of teachers and students,and to strengthen the training of information-based professional skills.Information literacy is one of the basic skills necessary for citizens in information society,and it is the new engine of efficiency improvement and lifelong learning.Improving the information literacy of secondary vocational students is a necessary prerequisite for adapting to the needs of social development talents.How to get help from the development of vocational education to develop students’information literacy is a problem that must be considered at present.Based on this,the author tries to explore an effective strategy to improve the information literacy of secondary vocational students under the background of vocational education informatization,in the opportunity of the "XX City Secondary Vocational Education Informationization Development Plan”undertaken by the research team.Scientific evaluation of students’information literacy level and clarifying the key factors affecting information literacy of secondary vocational students are the basic prerequisites for effectively improving information literacy.Therefore,the author firstly referenced the relevant literature on the affecting factors of students’information literacy,with the requirements of the training of informational talents in secondary vocational education,clarified the content of information literacy of secondary vocational students,and arranged the main influencing factors affecting students’ information literacy,from the two levels of students and the school information environment.Secondly,the author selected 45 secondary vocational education schools in XX City and their students to conduct a questionnaire survey,and invited the information management managers or school leaders of the three secondary vocational education schools to conduct face-to-face interviews.Then the author use the empirical data to comprehensively evaluate the information literacy level of secondary vocational students in XX city,and explored the main factors affecting the information literacy of secondary vocational students by the one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Finally,based on the results of data analysis and interviews,this study proposes some meaningful suggestions to provide meaningful reference and guidance for the information literacy training of secondary vocational students.Through the above research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The information literacy of secondary vocational students is at a medium level,their information awareness and attitude,information knowledge and skills are relatively weak,and need to be further improved.(2)The main factors affecting the information literacy of secondary vocational students are the students’ own level and the school information environment,and studentsJ infrastructure satisfaction,application perception level and daily average use of information equipment have a greater impact on students’ information literacy.Besides,the school information system guarantee is also an important factor affecting students’ information literacy level.In addition,the level of school leadership,the construction of digital resources,and the availability of ICT equipment in schools will also have an impact on student information literacy to a certain extent.Based on the above research conclusions,the author proposes three suggestions for improving the information literacy of secondary vocational students:the first is to improve the construction of school information infrastructure to meet the needs of students’independent learning;the second is to strengthen the construction and application of information resources and enhance perception level of students’information application;the third is to vigorously carry out information skills training to enhance the professional skills of students’ job information technology.
