Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Students' Entrepreneurial Willingness In Secondary Vocational Schools

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),with the active guidance and encouragement of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,there has been an upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation" in China.Under the situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation",encouraging students to start a business in various colleges and universities can not only stimulate students' national entrepreneurship,but also meet the diversified employment needs of students.As the main body of vocational education in our country,secondary vocational school students have more solid theoretical knowledge,skilled vocational skills and strong practical ability,and have strong self-employment ability and potential.However,although in recent years,the students of secondary vocational schools in China have created The proportion of employment is rising,but its willingness to start a business is on the low side as a whole.Under the guidance of Comrade Xi Jinping's spirit of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper takes the students of three typical secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province as the main research objects,through the method of questionnaire survey,and adheres to the combination of theory and practice.This paper probes into and analyzes the related factors that affect the students' willingness to start a business in secondary vocational schools,and tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the investigation conclusions,hoping that it can be helpful to guide the students of secondary vocational schools to take an active part in "mass entrepreneurship".Mass innovation "upsurge,promote entrepreneurship,promote innovation and development."This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part briefly expounds the background and significance of this study,summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods and contents of this paper.The second part,on the basis of expounding the connotation of students' willingness to start a business in secondary vocational schools,according to Maslow's demand theory,from the students themselves,the school environment,Four levels,such as social relations andgovernment policies,put forward and refine the relevant factors that affect the entrepreneurial willingness of secondary vocational school students.The third part designs a questionnaire on the influencing factors of students' entrepreneurial willingness in secondary vocational schools according to the four factors and their sub-factors put forward in the second chapter,and selects Fujian Commercial Secondary Vocational School.Three typical secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province,such as Technical Secondary School,Fujian Radio and Television Technical Secondary School and Fujian Ecological Engineering School,were used as research objects to send out questionnaires,and to process and analyze the data of the recovered questionnaires.The fourth part,according to the results of the data analysis,summarizes the reasons why the students' willingness to start a business is not high,that is,the lack of the quality of entrepreneurship,the lack of supporting entrepreneurial infrastructure,the lack of capital,the network and so on.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the entrepreneurial willingness of secondary vocational school students from the point of view of students,schools and governments.
