For carrying out health first guiding ideology,the new physical education curriculum standards proposed new curriculum concept,abandon teacher-centered traditional teaching concept,advocated on students development as the center the leading thought.In high school sports elective PE curriculum reform in teaching become high school an important window,JiNan high school sports elective teaching has implemented six years,This has made many six years,while gratifying achievement,but also for future development of the curriculum reform and provides experience or reference,but any new things generation and development is always accompanied by certain difficulties obstacles or confused.In this paper,through the use of a questionnaire survey,literature,speechand mathematical statistics of the JiNan City 5 high school teaching physicaleducation options for the status of investigations and studies and physicaleducation,dentify JiNan City high school sports options in the implementation of the Teaching of theproblem,and make the corresponding countermeasures for thefuture are being implemented and the need for schools to provide some reference.Here,the paper mainly through the following aspects options teaching analysis:Firstly, the school surveyed in Jinan City that the teaching guidelines and teaching objectives are clear. Reform option makes teaching ideology Sports diversified trend, but the guiding principle of many sports, so that teachers know what to do, do not know what kind of teaching guide to the teaching of thinking as the guiding ideology of their own.Secondly, The majority of students to schools to open project is satisfactory,most teachers say schools now offer physical education project basically met the needs of the students.PE teachers specialty and student chosen sport a certain gap between. Makes options teaching not perfectly to mobilize students learning interest and improve physical sports skills.Thirdly, most high school sports elective class is mainly adopts the course grade system in Jinan, each section options physical education have arranged in different projects,so the requirement of teachers of different project to physical education classes.Such teachers workload increase,a tight schedule,task,no time for each other between classes,learning,they exchange decrease.Against the improvement of teaching quality.Fourthly,Students to develop options PE significantly positive attitude that the tendency of sports elective teaching,in high school is very popular with the students, the PE teachers were also approve of offering optional sports courses,for developing sports option teaching provided protection.But,in the student select project,despite the teacher explained made some propaganda work,but because the students awareness of different levels,student psychological wait for a reason,make cometh students chose project is relatively concentrated,make each project developing unbalance.Fifthly,Most of the students have more than that current option teaching evaluation is reasonable.Students are willing to accept the examination method is mainly based on students different level set different examination standard to score;Teacher to students assessment was based on students attendance,class action techniques such as the attitude and comprehensive assessment rating.From the current course in jinan city high school sports options of the school:look,there are 42.3% is mainly to adopt the traditional evaluation model,can reflect truly elective course teaching evaluation standard features no unified and basis for understanding,is an obstacle to the key issues in improving the teaching quality.Sixthly,Most teachers and students think location equipment basic satisfy the need of options,but some learn the venue,equipment project,make students lack some of the more like in the project,not influence the enthusiasm of students study,so for the site construction and equipment,as an option of seasonable compensatory smoothly conditions safeguard teaching.Finally,The number of jinan high school sports teachers can satisfy basically schools option teaching request,sports teachers educational structure also relatively reasonable,but the proportion of male and female teachers relative imbalances.It put forward the following countermeasures: Firstly,Teachers should focus on "health first ", will train students as the main teaching lifelong physical habits, and fully take into account the guiding ideology.Secondly,options teaching content should try to meet students interest,increase students select the opportunity.Thirdly, to strengthen the organization and management of options teaching.Fourthly, proposed leaders and relevant departments attach great importance to sports options and support teaching, give full play to the role of functional departments.Fifthly, In-depth evaluation of the standard of teaching options, improve the evaluation system.Sixthly, Full development and utilization of sports facilities resources to provide the material basis of optional sports teaching.Finally, Focus on the potential of mining in-service physical education teachers, the introduction of appropriate composite teachers, the proportion of male and female teachers should be balanced.
