The so called"learning burnout", refers that when students are lack of interest in study and learning motivation but have to study, they would feel tired, fatigued, depressed and frustrated, thereby creating a physically and emotionally exhausting state of mind and a state of negative attitude towards learning activities. Learning burnout is a common undesirable phenomenon, which directly affects the study quality of the pre-school junior college students. Paying attention to the current situation and the mental status of their learning burnout plays an important role in improving their study quality efficiently, raising the quality of education, and consequently fully implementing the cultivation objectives of"To Train Talent People; To Serve Local place".This paper includes two parts, i.e. study on current situation of the pre-school junior college students'learning burnout, and study on its countermeasures.The part of study on current situation, mainly adapts research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview among 423 pre-school junior college students in Linyi University Feixian Campus, investigating the overall situation of the pre-school junior college students'learning burnout. The results show that:(1)The degree of pre-school junior college students'learning burnout is higher, among whom the moderate, the severe and even more accounts for 46%;(2)There exist significant differences between the dimensions of learning burnout, among which misbehavior scored the highest marks, followed by low sense of achievement, and finally depression;(3)There also exist marked differences in total scores of learning burnout among grades: grade four and grade two scored higher, while grade one and grade five lower, and grade three's in the middle;(4)Gender difference exists in learning burnout: the degree of male college students is obviously higher than that of female, of which the dimensions of misbehavior and low sense of achievement are more remarkable;(5)There exist subject differences in learning burnout: English and Math are most serious;(6)There are four main types of learning burnout: learning burnout of parts of curriculums, learning burnout at certain stages, learning burnout of unmotivated muddling and learning burnout of quitting school for inadequacies.The part of study on its countermeasures, based on a comprehensive analysis of the causes of pre-school junior college students'learning burnout, comes up with the prevention and correction measures as follows (1)Strengthen professional training and help students form an optimistic and positive personality; (2)Make clear education responsibility of the parents and creating a good family atmosphere; (3) Establish a new idea of education and building a harmonious school atmosphere; (4)Optimize the educational environment and develop a social atmosphere of respecting knowledge and talented people.
