College Students’ learning burnout is a negative learning phenomenon. Students may feel tired, fatigue, and frustration when they are not interested or have no motivation on study. This phenomenon can lead to a series of inappropriate behavior of avoidance learning. The role of medical students is an important support of the masses of the people’s life and health. Medical students’ learning burnout will affect their physical and mental development, hinder the development of medical university and the advance of social medical service. In addition, this phenomenon may even lead to the loss of people’s life and health protection in the future. The study of learning burnout in domestic is relatively late. There are not many scholars pay special attention to this problem. Medical students’ learning burnout is almost a blank in the domestic. There is important theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of medical students’ learning burnout at present.The study reveals that the overall situation of medical students’ learning burnout is not optimistic. About 43.3% medical students have the learning burnout phenomenon. The worst problem is behavioral unsuitableness. The study further shows that the internal factors are the main factors that influence the learning burnout of medical students, the influence of external factors can not be ignored. On this basis, the author try to advance several strategies to abate this phenomenon. The research reviews domestic and foreign studies on learning burnout. This study achieves on the basis of investigation and analysis of 350 medical students,using College students learning burnout questionnaire designed by Lian rong and Yang Lixian, and Influencing factors on the learning burnout of college students designed by Chen Yan. The purpose of this research is to study the condition and the important influent factors of medical students’ learning burnout. The results as follows:(1) Medical students’ learning burnout level is comparatively high. About 43.3% medical students have the learning burnout phenomenon. The scores of behavioral unsuitableness is the highest, then are low personal accomplishment and emotional turndown.(2) There is no significant difference of learning burnout between different genders.(3) The learnning burnout level of the second grade is the highest of all grades. There are significant differenee between sophmores、juniors and seniors in the behavior inadequacy.(4) The learning burnout level of students from rural areas is the highest of all places. There are significant difference between students from rural areas and students from ruban cities in the general burnout and behavior inadequacy.(5) The causes that affect learning burnout of medical students can be classified into internal cause and external cause. The influence of internal factors is the strongest.(6) The intensity of the internal influence of factors in learning burnout are self evaluation、teacher’s care、peer relationship and students’ influence.(7) The intensity of the external influence of factors in learning burnout are school factor, society factor and family factor.(8) The intensity of the school influence of factors in learning burnout are the interest of major、school environment、method of examination and the teaching of teachers.
