As the breakthrough of new round of Chemical course of reform in scientific inquiry, clearly scientific inquiry is the important practice for students actively to acquire chemical knowledge, understand and solve the chemical problems. It is not only an important way of learning, but also the important teaching content of chemistry courses.The ability of scientific inquiry is on a more important position on the high school chemistry textbooks than on the junior high school chemistry textbooks of Shandong Science and Technology Publishing House (SSTPH)."Inquiry activities" section of the textbook is based on the perspective of the required capacity form the experimental exploration of the chemical, and is designed to guide teachers and students to use inquiry teaching experiment in chemistry class, improve chemical capabilities. The purpose of this study: In the new curriculum, the project studies how to make the full use of teaching for " Exploing activity " section during the limited course teaching time, and to explore and give the theoretical significance and practical significance as many as possible to the front-line teachers.Thesis is divided into the following six parts:1. The research problem is raised in the first chapter, and described from following three aspects: the new curriculum reform advocacy of scientific inquiry firstly; textbooks are Secondly written to reflect the new curriculum and designed " Exploing activity " section to change the contents of the presentation; thirdly, teaching teachers how to take the advantages of textbooks in teaching practice.2. The purpose and task of the research project are presented on the second chapter.3. The theoretical basis of this project is described in the third chapter. In this chapter, the concept and basic teaching of "scientific inquiry" is studied and explained firstly, and then curriculum standard categories are analyzed. The characteristics of the"scientific inquiry"section are presented finally.4. The fourth part is the theoretical construction of this project, and it is the key of this thesis. The research mainly are to analyze the chemical textbooks (required), which is published by the Shandong science and technology publishing house. Following the theoretical construction, the design basis, contents and the categories of the"activity exploring"section are studied based on the data statistics analysis.5. The teaching practice of the "activities to explore" section is showed as some experiments in the fifth part of thesis based on the SSTPH textbook. The teaching results show that the well-designed program of exploration activities can enable students to experience the fun of exploration; grasp the depth of exploring activities, taking use of existed knowledge and experience of the students; choose the contents of exploration activities to meet the characteristics of the students ; optimize the exploration activities, and develop independent thinking and teamwork. inquiring learning should pay more attention to the process ,and the conclusion also should be analyzed deeply.6. The conclusions of this study and prospect are presented in the final chapter.
