With the increasingly close relationship between science and human life,the level of scientific literacy of citizens has become one of the important factors that affect a country's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.How to improve the scientific literacy of all citizens has become the top priority of science education reform.Many countries have put forward scientific inquiry as a breakthrough to improve the scientific literacy of all citizens.After the 1980 s,under the influence of the United States,China and some other countries have also begun to pay great attention to scientific inquiry and promulgated a series of policy documents.At the end of the twentieth Century,the United States proposed "the science of inquiry" as the content standard of science learning,and "the science of inquiry" was regarded as the core of learning.Textbooks as a concrete manifestation of curriculum standard,is the direct embodiment of curriculum goal and curriculum concept.In recent years,the research hot spots of scientific inquiry activities in chemistry textbooks mainly embodied in the theoretical research of scientific inquiry activities in science textbooks,the reflection of scientific inquiry in class,the comparative study of scientific inquiry activities between different versions of chemistry textbooks,and so on.Study selected the junior middle school stage mainstream science textbooks "scientific explorer" sixth booklet "chemical reaction",the seventh volume "material" and China's people's education press in 2012 published "compulsory education curriculum standard experiment textbook chemistry,nine grade(book1&book 2)as the research object,USES the text analysis and comparative analysis,the two versions based on junior middle school stage of scientific inquiry activities related textbooks,the type and level of study.On this basis,select the case in detail analysis.Due to the "scientific explorer" contains the kit in multiple disciplines,its comprehensive strong,curriculum alignment is also high,in the cultural background and education concept between the two countries also is not the same,so the difference is bigger also....It is because of this,the study will be to our textbook compilation and implementation to provide some reference for chemistry teaching.
