High School Basketball Coaches, Social Support, Job Satisfaction And Job Burnout Relationship

Basketball is the world symbol of civilization and progress and flowery cultural phenomenon, but the career of basketball coaches is the easiest job generating burnout phenomenon. Broad basketball coaches produce burnout because of work, which is initiated by teaching anaerobic. Otherwise, teaching self-efficacy is not high, self-esteem declines, teaching quality and coaches erosion phenomenon have become important factors effecting our country's educationtion. This study discussed the relationship about social support, job satisfaction, and job burnout to provide theory basis and practical basis for schools and training institutions in practice to reduce job burnout of basketball coaches.The results were as follows:1. Total dimensions of job burnout exist no significant differences in different gender. There exist no significant differences of total dimensions of knowledge exhaustion dimensions in different gender. Total dimensions and each dimension of job burnout of different basketball coaches in different school age exist no significant difference . There exist no significant differences of total dimensions of emotional exhaustion between different titles in job. the different teaching teaches phase, first phase, second phase and third phase exist no siginificant differences in emotional exhaustion.2. Total dimensions and each dimension of social support significantly associated with total dimensions and each dimension of job burnout of basketball coaches. Total dimensions and each dimension of social support significantly associated with total dimensions and each dimension of job satisfaction of basketball coaches. Total dimensions and each dimension of job satisfaction significantly associated with total dimensions and each dimension of job burnout of basketball coaches.3. In the regression analysis of job burnout towards social support and job satisfaction of, social support and job satisfaction significantly predict job burnout of basketball coaches.4. Amos intermediary effect analysis found that job satisfaction intermediate social support and job burnout.
