With the background of economic globalization, the international competition isincreasingly fierce. The idea that human resources is the core of the competition hasbecome a consensus among all countries which use a variety of talent strategy to attracttalent. Since China’s reform and opening up, all kinds of talents as the core of intellectualsincreasingly attaches great importance to the party, state and society, through a variety ofways to introduce and attract overseas talent. The team of returnees talent has played avery important role in promoting the development of socialism in various fields. In recentyears, China began to usher in the overseas students returning tide, the return of the varioustypes of returnees talent for Chinese development and construction of China toward theworld, play an important impetus and constructive role.This paper researches on the returnees talent life satisfaction, and learns about theirlife and work status, seeking to enhance their way of life satisfaction, and makes thesepeople to stay and live and be able to play their role. Life satisfaction is a reflection of reallife, people’s daily life is closely related to people’s needs and value. The study focus onlife satisfaction research of returnees talent, aims to clear the needs of the returnees talentthe returnees talent overall life satisfaction, by enhancing their satisfaction in order toretain talent and to play their role, so that let them fully display their talent. Summarizedthe basis of domestic and international research on life satisfaction, the paper uses of theknowledge of human resource management and positive psychology research content andstructure of the Chinese returnees talent life satisfaction and explore the relationship of lifesatisfaction and related factors,then propose suggestions that improve the returnees talentlife satisfaction. This paper firstly study the returnees talent overall life satisfaction statusquo, then analyses life satisfaction and the dimensions of the returnees talent by factoranalysis, variable variance analysis and regression analysis to explore the various factorson life satisfaction degrees.Main conclusions: First, China’s the returnees talent life satisfaction constitute thefour dimensions that are made by work experience, livelihood security, social support andpersonal values; different individual variables of the returnees talent have differentcognitive evaluation for each dimension in the life satisfaction and the overall level; third,the dimensions of work experience, livelihood security and personal value have a linearrelationship with the overall level of life satisfaction, which livelihood security hasimportant influence of the overall level.
