In1978, education reform joined the policy ranks of reform and opening. According to the needs of our country, higher education from elite stage to mass stage owing to universities expanded the quantity of the new student. Popularization of higher education solved the educational needs of countless students, but had an impact on social harmony on account of the problem of employment of university students, university students even began to doubt whether it is necessary to participate in higher education. The service quality of higher education has become the key to solving the problem, and therefore the assessment of higher education services is necessary. The assessment of higher education had got some research results through three decades years. The assessment contains the government assessment and agency evaluation. But there is not assessment from the perspective of college students. Therefore, the topic of the article is an empirical research on satisfaction of college graduates, which casing college graduates in the past three years. It is a part of indexes which assessing the quality of higher education service. And it can open up new idea for the assessment of higher education.Based on the above background, this paper first defines the relevant concepts, recalled and combined the theories and models of the related research from domestic and foreign. Second, the model which evaluating the satisfaction of college graduates was constructed, in which the six structural variables and measurable variables were developed and the relationships between variables were analyzed. Then, based on the model, it regarded college graduates in Sichuan nearly three years as survey object, and collected views from college graduate. Then it analyzed the relationship between the variables in the scale and reliability and validity of dates using SPSS19.0. Specific data analysis also included descriptive analysis, gap analysis and regression analysis. The survey questionnaire include three levels of college graduates, so the paper comparative analyzed that the impact on the image of university student expectations, student expectations affect satisfaction of graduates, from the three levels. Finally, according to the analysis results of the model, this paper put forward the some suggestions from government, universities and individual view to improve the satisfaction.The main results of this study include the following:(1)Building the satisfaction model of college graduates, and opening up a new idea for researching the theoretical of assessing higher education.(2)Through data analysis, the satisfaction of college graduates in Sichuan province between general and satisfaction. And universities can be improved.(3) The paper verified that the perceived quality, perceived value, expectations of students and career satisfaction of graduates are the front variable of graduate satisfaction, and they were tested positive relationship. It is worth noting that the relationship between expectations and graduate satisfaction. We usually think of expectation and graduate student satisfaction was negatively related, but empirical results confirm the positive relationship between the two. Analyzing of the reasons that expect indirectly urge the government to improve services for higher education and universities.(4)The wishes of more college graduates continue to higher education, or the willingness of recommending others is the structural variable which is called behavioral tendencies of graduates. It is affected by graduate satisfaction and the universities, and was tested positive relationship. The influence of graduate satisfaction is higher than the influence of image to behavioral tendencies of graduates.
