Master's degree in public administration (MPA) begins with the United States. Its goal is to develop high-level, compound and applied talents for both government and non-governmental public institutions. China's MPA education started late,the Academic degree Office of the State Council issued the first batch of MPA professional degree pilot institutions in 2000, with rapid development over the years , the scale and scope of China's MPA education is expanding constantly. However, when refer to the teaching system?training capacity and international recognition and so on, There is a wide gap between China and foreign country.At the beginning of 2017, the Academic degree Office of the State Council issued a file named “13th Five-year plan on degree and the development of graduate student education" which claimed that during the years, the reformation of graduate student education should take "serving the requirements and improving the quality "as principal line, optimizing the structure of the layout, improving the training model and improving the quality of supervision. Ministry of Education pay attention to the demand and education equality, it can be seen that in the development of higher education,students are been in the important position. As the main body of master education of professional management, students in MPA education is the most direct internal stakeholders, therefore the study of their learning satisfaction status has important theoretical and practical significance.This research took four universities in Wuhan for example and studied on the satisfaction of MPA students in empirical approach. First of all, I organized the relevant literature and studied from student participation, customer satisfaction and other theories,combined with the current situation of China's MPA education, build a "MPA graduate learning satisfaction evaluation Index system" on the basis of previous studies. Secondly,the MPA Graduate Satisfaction Survey was used to investigate the learning satisfaction of MPA students in four colleges and universities in Wuhan, what's more, I use SPSS 22.0 to analyze the survey results. It is found that the satisfaction of MPA education in China is significantly affected by the demographic characteristics, "Teaching and management"is the most important factor affecting MPA graduate students satisfaction, and the assessment method of the MPA courses is the the lowest content of satisfaction to the MPA graduate students, such as gender, college background and so on. The MPA graduate students learning satisfaction in 985 institutions is significantly higher than that of the 211 institutions and colleges, and there is no significant difference on students learning satisfaction between MPA graduate and general institutions. Then, the four-figure evaluation model is used to analyze the indicators of MPA postgraduates'learning satisfaction. The results show that simulation teaching, on-site teaching, lectures and social practice, MPA schedule and curriculum assessment methods These are the key factors that affect students' learning satisfaction, in MPA education reform in colleges and universities should be caused take seriously. based on the investigation and study conclusion, Improving MPA graduate students learning satisfaction degree requirements,teaching plan and students should be considered MPA curriculum evaluation reform,improve the case teaching, simulation teaching, scene teaching, such as focus on the quality of the teaching methods, further strengthen the school infrastructure, and speed up the MPA courses teaching reform and innovation,etc.
