Chemistry is one of the basic course in a secondary school, the implementation ofexperimental inquiry teaching is a new education courses on curriculum reform, animportant way developing innovative talents. Experimental Study of scientific inquiryteaching is an important manifestation of the students in the teaching more fullyreflected in the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity; is also a high school chemistryteaching students the spirit of innovation and practical ability of the basic approach. Inthis paper, at home and abroad to carry out exploration of the relevant theory and putforward concrete and systematic inquiry in high school chemistry teaching strategies.First, the article theoretically elaborated exploration of teaching high schoolchemistry experiment. The implementation of high school chemistry experiment toexplore the theoretical basis of teaching (including: the basic connotation of inquiryteaching, pedagogy, theoretical foundation, the basis of psychological theory,curriculum theory-based, etc.) and implemented under the New Criteria ExperimentalStudy of High School Chemistry Teaching in-depth background analyzed.Second, from the practice, the article discusses the exploration of teaching highschool chemistry experiment operation strategy. By the practice of The United Kingdomand the United States , the article Analysis the experimental exploration of teaching thebasic structure, function, design principles, combined with the new curriculum reformteaching materials, teaching ideas commonly found errors in outlining effective inquiryteaching process, raised the issue create situational teaching strategies, combined with ahigh one and teaching High School chapter of a typical experiment designed to explorethe teaching cases and discussed the inquiry teaching of several commonly usedevaluation methods for students to carry out.
