The students of key high school aren't most of the high school students, but they are the best students..The development of their quality and ability has a significant impact on the future of our society. As one of the most important high school courses,Chinese language subject is responsible to scientific development of their comprehensive capacity.This paper is inspired by Gagne'sVariable theory. He believed there are three variable amounts which can affect the results of teaching. They are the aptitude variable amout,the support variable amout and the process variable amout. The writer wants to study the teaching strategies of how to improve the Chinese language proficiency of the students of the key school from multiple angles.The concepts of "the key school","the chinese language proficiency" and "the variable amounts of the teaching process"are defined in the introduction part. And the differences of the key high school students and the normal high school studengs in the three variable amounts are researched in this part,too. The writer tries to reveal the specific conditions of the key high school students'Chinese language proficiency.Then the writer show the core issue of this paper.The body of the paper has five parts.The first part is the use of the aptitude variable.The key high school students have more active thinking,more wider range of reading and more greater self-awareness.They are good at absorbing information from varias media.Their feeling,attitude and values are distinct personality.In this part,the writer presents the idea that is the teacher should full respect and witty guide the students'varias personality thinking.And the writer present two teaching strategies for this idea.The second part is the use of the support variable amout which means teaching materials.According to courses standards,the characteristics of the new teaching materials,teaching cases as evidence,the writer discusses the necessity and feasibility of the key high school teachers restructuring the teaching materials.The third part to the fifth part are the use of the process variable amout. In the third part,the writer will discuss the idea "Giving great efforts to strengthen the key high school students'cultural accumulation".In the fourth part,the writer will discuss the idea"All students participating in the arrangement of research-based study on Chinese language".The key high school students'learning style is the focus content.of this part.Although they need traditional learning style such as reciting,the research-based study is far more important in key high school than in normal high school.The writer will discuss how to launch the research-based study in Chinese language course of the key high school.In the fourth part,the writer is going to discuss the idea "To promote the development of creative thinking and critical thinking." The core of the learning ability is thinking ability.The witer will present the teaching strategy about this.The process variable amout is more important for the Chinese language teachers.Because the teachers can control this variable amout with their effort,and the other two are difficult to control.So the teaching strategies of this variable amout are discussed most in this paper.This paper is from the writer's question of teaching practice,then study them,in order to make theory guiding practice.The write believes that this paper will have good applicalbity for the key high school teachers of Chinese language course.
