Due to the significant lack of development on assignment design of Chinese subject in senior high school, this paper mainly aims to find out the subjective and objective causes for the present phenomena of unsystematic assignment design, the dull design form and the rigid answer system etc. With extensive reading of related materials, conducting surveys and interviews and experimental practice, based on Chinese Curriculum Standard, Cognition constructs theory and Multiple Intelligences theory, the basic creative, practical, open and independent corresponding macroscopic view principles with a large variety are proposed. Six assignment types of assignment designs are described in details, including preview appreciation, review consolidation, extensive reading, capriccioso essay and writing practice, demonstrative show and independent research. A brand new systemic independent,and sustainable 3+1 pattern for Chinese assignment design in senior high school is presented here for the first time. It is a must to develop the assignment design of Chinese in senior high school. Anew perspective in assignment design should be held and an open and independent assignment design system should be constructed to push the development of Chinese teaching in senior high school and meanwhile to release the students'burden of doing Chinese assignment. As a result, the interest in learning Chinese would be aroused effectively and the lifelong study and development of each student will be encouraged.
