Nowadays, the vocational high school students lack of essential confidence of self-development. They lack of independency and activity in learning process; They have classes passively, or even don't listen; They are tired of thinking and studying. So, the biggest problem for the vocational high school teachers is how to motivate the students' learning motive. To solve it, the teachers have to improve the study of pedagogy and psychology, constantly enhance their vocational morality and educational theory level, and build a modern view of teachers' responsibility and right view of students and education. Based on the careful research and analysis on the students' learning condition, teachers should constantly improve their teaching skill, take measures in teaching according to situations by using the theory of learning motive and learning principles, stimulate their learning requirement and motive, cultivate their learning confidence, set up a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in and out of class, convert and educate the students by their own behavior and truly set a good example as a teacher.
