Digital Library The Impact Of Education And Guidance Of College Students Thinking And Behavior Countermeasures

Digital library(DL) is a new thing accompanied by Internet technology and "knowledge explosion". On the basis of the network.with its own peculiar way it quickly became development trend and theoretical research hotspot. College students are the major users of the DL.Because it is mass,open,interactive and sharing,greatly satisfy the students' knowledge desires and psychological and spiritual needs.the.and becomes a college students' "second class" and network spiritual homestead. Not only in technical advantages in resource size.access method or reading experience far from the traditional library,also digital library on human psychological cognition.culture and values.produces a profound influence. The essence of library determines the library social responsibilities and education value. as well, open access and interaction of digital library. which makes education values expand greatly. becomes important platform on college students' ideological and political education.The characteristics of their thoughts and behavior which display in the use of DL become unavoidable issue for librarians and ideological and political educators. Based on college students use digital library behavior relevant research. by questionnaire and statistic analysis research, combining psychological characteristics of the college stdents, analyses their using digital library behavioural characteristic, summarize the positive and negative effect of DL on the college students' ideological and behavior.It also elaborates the reasons why DL brings negative influence on university students.Finally, it brings forward the educational guide on the use of DL.Firstly, this essay illustrates the background and the significance of this research and defines some relevant concepts.It also summarizes the characteristics of the DL such as the characteristic of DL technology, communication and culture. And it summarize the domestic and international researches on DL.Secondly, according to the "2008 Readers Degree of Satisfaction Investigation Report" which is made by the UESTC and Tsinghua, In this basis of survey report,analyses the present situation of college students using DL, thought behavior characteristics and cognitive psychology and gap in the vision of college students. Based on the the study of the behavioral characteristic and motive,with the method of multiple analysis,it analyzes the tendencies of DL in universities and concludes that the motivations of the using digital library are information retrieval demand, self-expressing,communication,study and entertainment.Thirdly, the digital library brings about two-sides effects on university studentsh, both positive and negative.thus, the author analyzes the factors, appraoches and action mechanisms of digital library influence on the university students and puts forward the corresponding measures.Finally, some educational guidance to the students on the digital library are proposed.Using guide to college students should be strengthened. Innovative DL managing and severing function should play an important role in students education. Supervision system should be established.Last but not least, it is also emergent to improve the digital technological factors and human environment.
