As an important part of education sector in our country, ideological and moral teaching in junior middle schools is the process of the community. It has always been concerned of scholars and teachers. But in reality, many problems occur in the process of ideological and moral teaching in junior middle schools, such as the vagueness of teaching content and the rigidify of teaching methods and unreasonable evaluation of the teaching. With a new round of the curriculum reform, how to raise actual effect of ideological and moral teaching has become an urgent task. It is under this background that the traceless teaching as an effective teaching method begins to be concerned by more and more scholars.After explaining the basic theories of traceless teaching, this paper make a special effort to study the implementation strategies of traceless teaching in ideological and moral lessons. I hope that this study can give some advice for teachers of ideology and Morality to improve teaching and raise actual effect of moral education.This paper consists of three parts:The first part describes the content and features of traceless teaching. The traceless teaching means that during teaching process, teacher makes students acquire knowledge and subject edification imperceptibly by his natural and traceless guiding .It is based on understanding of the human personality, and focuses on students with social and psychological needs. It is a kind of ecological effective teaching method which adapts to psychological characteristics of the current students. Its basic characteristics are the hidden purpose of teaching, indirect way of passing teaching content, situational teaching process, humanized teaching idea, and partnerships of the teacher-student relationship.The second part expounds the necessity and practical significance of implementing traceless teaching in ideological and moral lessons for junior middle school students. Specifically speaking, the necessity is analyzed from three aspects: the physiological and psychological characteristics of the junior middle school students, nature of ideology and Morality, and new ideas of the curriculum reform; next, the practical significance is narrated from four aspects ,such as good for arousing the junior middle school students'Learning Interest, improving the ideological and moral quality, promoting the healthy personality development of students, raising actual effect of moral education, and so on.In the third part, I put forward some systematic implementation strategies of traceless teaching to ideological and moral lessons from both of the macroscopic and microcosmic angles. From macroscopic aspect, the implementation of traceless teaching requires teachers to renew educational concepts, to enhance their own quality, to build harmonious teacher-student relationship, to connect teaching content with students'real life, to establish the developmental teaching evaluation system; From microcosmic aspect, the teacher should focus on several key steps, such as presupposition, introduction, interaction, generation and expansion to implement traceless teaching. This part is the focal point of this thesis.Three parts above are built according to"What-Why-How". The article at the content and structure is interrelated,closely linked to form an organic whole, which seeks to present a more systematic exposition about the implementation strategies of traceless teaching in ideological and moral lessons in junior middle schools.
