With the development of society change rapidly, quality requirements forpeople has been improved.Junior high school students are the future hope and thesuccessors of the socialist cause, shouldering the responsibility of nationalconstruction.The child is now more and more, also having more superior livingconditions, many of these children in life are living on the labor of othersencounter any problem, mom and dad are to act as "umbrella", rarely processingdifficulties alone, although the negative effect of many parents are aware of thesituation, but also actively take some measures, but often because of "don’t havethe heart","let him know it is very difficult to handle it.""the idea of giving up.Inaddition, because of the disadvantages existing in the current education system, theeducational knowledge frustration become school exam scores tool, frustrationeducation exists in name only, did not play a real role, all these reasons make thestudents’ psychological quality become not optimistic.Moral lesson in junior middle school curriculum standards that will enablestudents to "develop self-esteem and self-confidence, optimistic, strong mindedattitude", ideological and moral lesson is the main position of school moraleducation work, the frustration education in schools play an important role in.Thejunior middle school thought moral qualities lesson through various ways andmethods to enable students to correctly understand the setbacks in the face of setbacks, difficulties to be brave to face, make the appropriate choice of action,form a positive and optimistic attitude and strong will.This paper is based on thestudents and the junior middle school thought moral qualities lesson frustrationeducation in view of the existing problems, combined with the survey andinterviews, analyzes the causes of the problems, and put forward somecountermeasures to improve the setback education.This paper is divided into fiveparts:The first part, an overview of frustration education related. First, the"frustration" and "frustration tolerance","Frustration Education" definition of theconcept.Secondly, points out the connotation of setback education in moral lessonsin junior high school.The second part, the author through questionnaires and interviews, analysisthe main types of the current junior high school students in the face of setbacks, theauthor with the teachers and students to communicate, concluded that some juniorhigh school students is the reason for these setbacks problem.The third part, points out the feasibility and significance of the junior middleschool thought moral qualities lesson of setback education.Two aspects of therelationship between rows from the moral lesson in junior middle school textbookscontain particular frustration education resources and the junior middle schoolthought moral character and subject of frustration education analysis.And from thesetback education relationship, frustration education and quality education tocultivate the significance of three aspects of students’ healthy personality function,frustration education and ideological and moral curriculum goal realization of the relationship between junior middle school thought moral qualities lessonfrustration education is analyzed,Including the subjective and objective reasons.The fourth part, mainly is the principles and measures are put forward thethought personal character class of setback education.This part is also the focus ofthis paper, putting forward five principles of this part of the setback educationimplementation, Namely, the principle of combining theory and practical life,guidance principle, according to their aptitude principle, the principle of education,education in the collective influence principle of consistency and continuity.Fromdig deeper into the teaching material content, the author creatively use of teachingmaterials for frustration education, optimizing the teaching method, expanding theapproaches of education resources, making use of other disciplines, promoting thesetback education, guiding the student to strengthen self education, promote selfdevelopment, attaching great importance to the frustration education six aspects ofjunior middle school thought moral setback education improvement measures areput forward.The author combines the existing Junior Ideological and moral lessonteaching problems, especially in the frustration education content, putting forwardtheir own point of view, this is also the innovation of this paper.
