Minor students are the hope of the country, nation, and parents, so their health and security is the concern of the whole society. In recent years, it occurs frequently that campus damage accident of minor students. On the one hand, it threatens minor students'body and mental health. On the other hand, the legal disputes bring great pain and annoyance to students, parents, schools and teachers. The campus injury accidents on minor students have already become the common attention from all sectors of society.Based on the wide analysis of the relevant research of past literature and practice, this paper employs the exploration of case analysis as research method, the purpose of this paper are as follows: clarify and define the basic connotation, type, and characteristics of campus damage accident of minor students; clarify the treatment principle and legal basis of campus damage accident of minor students; reconsider the deficiency"students'injury accident treatment method", the problems of school management level and faculty quality, and dilemma of minor students' rights protection; put forward of the measures to prevent campus damage on minor students.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction.
