Education is all about shaping the people. So our high school math education is to enable students to have the following aspects of literacy: first, have the knowledge (Students should have a more complete and comprehensive knowledge of the structure, rich knowledge content, a more profound knowledge of skills). Second, be objective. Third, know how to learn (Students should be good at learning, learning effectiveness, high efficiency). Fourth, think rationally. Fifth, have the courage to practice and be good at innovation (Students should be actively dedicated, enthusiastic participation in social practice, and try to find problems in life and make full use of the knowledge they have to analyze the problems, then use creative ways to solve the problem properly). Sixth, have the teamwork spirit (Students should have the spirit of service, team spirit and overall awareness. Lay the foundation for the students'lifelong sustainable development)."The Investigation of the factors about how to teach High School Mathematics Effectively"talking about the reality of student learning so as to make the teachers become aware of the importance of the effective teaching, and provide some advice about changing inefficient teaching.In this paper, by study literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and so on, I talk about how to teach high school mathematics effectively and efficiently from the following sections:The first part discusses the background of the effectiveness of classroom teaching high school mathematics, and the significance of the effectiveness of classroom teaching high school mathematics. It is under the guidance of the theory of effective teaching in the classroom, and standard by the new curriculum reform in mathematics curriculum to improve high school mathematics teaching effectiveness and enhance overall development of the teaching behaviors.The second part analyzes the content and features of the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The goal of effective teaching high school mathematics classroom is to promote students to be comprehensive students and to achieve"two-way main and harmonious development"; at the same time, to strengthen mutual communication and exchange of students and teachers to enable students to actively take the initiative to participate in classroom activities.The third part talks about factors affecting the effectiveness of high school mathematics and analyzes the current situation.The fourth part of makes the theoretical discussion about effective teaching high school mathematics and strategy implementation, and proposed to increase the effectiveness of classroom teaching high school mathematics and appropriate measure.The fifth part analyzes, reviews, and reflects the daily teaching case.In summary, there are a lot of factors effective teaching high school mathematics Investigation. Including subject nature, the students'study , the teachers'teaching, the students'concept and so on . Teacher with a new teaching philosophy to arouse students interest in learning mathematics, promote students to be comprehensive students and teachers to be professional teachers .With the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, classroom teaching effectiveness are increasingly being taken seriously, I hope effective teaching high school mathematics Investigation of factors can promote teachers and students'development, so that teachers and students can complete the"two-way main and harmonious development effectively and efficiently".
