The classroom teaching is developing toward the concept of quality education, and have obtained obvious effects and corresponding development. However, influenced by various factors, there have been laying stress on form, inefficient and invalid class live in the classroom teaching practice. Therefore the effectiveness of classroom teaching is an important means of reform and the main force. With the effectiveness of classroom education more and more attention, the effectiveness of classroom education research become a problem to be solved under the new standard.This paper is based on the premise understanding of practical education teaching reform, contacting the research on students’ development in the new and previous research on effective teaching theory, further made the exploration and analysis about the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching in the process of practice under the new standard. Among these, a few aspects discussion about the connotation of effective teaching, the characteristics of the high school mathematics, analysis on the present situation of mathematics classroom teaching, the influencing factors of effective teaching,effective teaching standards, implementation strategies and reflection on this, and draw on a conclusion of my own opinions on this subject in math classroom teaching.The introduction part is the thesis research background, research at home and abroad; The second chapter analyzed about the present situation of classroom teaching,found some problems in this process such as the inefficiency of teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ classroom learning; The third and the forth chapters mainly on the discussion to this problem from different aspects, and the analysis of the related factors,mainly with the characteristics of mathematics, learning and teaching; The fifth chaptermainly put specific requirements forward the effective classroom teaching under the curriculum standard.In the sixth chapter, the effective teaching strategy is the main part of this paper, the specific provisions of the education focuses on teachers’ teaching, mainly divided into the preparation before class, the classroom teaching, after-school reflection, which mainly introduces some methods in the class, present form is reflection in the appendix part four lesson plans from experience in the process of teaching. This paper mainly use the research of literature study, descriptive study and experience summary method.
