Students' evaluation of teaching effect is an activity that is organized by school to judge the teaching effect.Specifically,it means an activity which is organized by the school or higher education administrative department. Though this activity,students evaluate their teachers'teaching attitude,teaching organization,teaching effectiveness teaching rationality and writing on the blackboard and so on.The main purpose of this activity is to promote professional development of teachers and improve teaching practice of teachers. It can be concluded that primary school students'evaluation of teaching effect is an activity that is organized by school to judge the teaching effect. It is organized by the school or higher education administrative department,though which primary students evaluate their teachers'teaching attitude,teaching organization,teaching effectiveness,teaching rationality and writing on the blackboard and other evaluation activities.The main purpose of this activity is to promote professional development of primary and middle school teachers and improve teaching practice of teachers.As is known to all,students are direct participants in teaching activities,so they can give a clear evaluation of teaching quality.Compared to leader evaluation,expert evaluation and peer evaluation of teaching effect,students'evaluation of teaching effect with high credibility is less interfered by interpersonal relations.It is no doubt that students'evaluation of teaching effect,especially primary school students'evaluation also has certain limitation.It has some practical difficulties, such as the guiding ideology is old,the evaluation process is not normative, evaluation index is not rational.There are many factors involving in primary school students'evaluation,which includes teachers'factors,primary students'factors,and curriculum's factors.On the status of implementation,based on the analysis of factors,the researchers put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the small teaching evaluation:building a developing students'evaluation of teaching effect,gradually allowing students to become the main body of evaluation, setting the reasonable questionnaire,effectively using the results of evaluation, establishing the mechanism that combined result and teacher development and so on. The most important method I use in this study is literature method:Through literature review, it determines the research topic and idea. On the basis of digging, analyzing and collating literature data, especially describing and evaluating the information that highly correlated with the content of this study, it gives a credible conclusion.
