Teachers'development is a topic of vital importance in the world's teaching development,concerning many fields of research on teachers'development,of which,teacher autonomy is a new concept.The promotion of teacher autonomy not only promotes their sustainable development , but improves schools'teaching quality.However, researches of this kind are far from enough at present.In today's China, as for teachers'professional development, much more attention has been paid on the teacher group's professional development,but not on the teachers'status and function in their professional development,which holds back or even stifle the consciousness of teachers'independent professional development,and the successive results show that it puts our teachers'professional development in a more passive situation,making the teachers'subjective function and their subjective status in their professional developmental process not be displayed and come true.The essence of teachers'development is to make sure that teachers have autonomy in their development;the professional autonomous development means a course of teachers'over passing and realizing themselves,and a course of teachers'developing consciously, actively and sustainably. Teachers'professional autonomous development bases on teachers'autonomous development,thus the basic power of teachers'professional development is from teachers'inner incentive and their own need.If a teacher wants to promote his/her development,he/she should make the outer objective situation changed as his/her inner incentive and make it connected tightly with his/her own need.Teachers'professional autonomous development calls for teachers to grow and develop autonomously, which is not only the reflections of the international teachers'development tendency as well as teachers'professional development requirements; it's also better for putting forward the long—life education and improving teachers'personal teaching qualities.Teachers are the subjects in the educational practice and they show lots of autonomous consciousness strongly.Based on a survey in part of the major schools in Feicheng , this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes that affects the progressing of teachers'autonomous professional development and aims to supply a theoretical base for teachers'professional autonomous development that makes teachers'professional autonomous development have its own conference;meanwhile, according to the survey, it also puts forward some specific effective developing tactics, aiming to construct the theoretical system of teachers'professional autonomous development including the developing orientations,developing stages,developing models and developing construction that makes teachers'professional autonomous development have its own system .
