In recent years, with the further reform and opening in China gradually and urbanization process accelerated, Urban migrant workers has become an important group that not allow to ignore, their children's healthy growth subject is also paid attention to by community and scholar day by day. Hong Kong science and engineering university in 2008 Joint six universities in Beijing to develop the "growth mentor" social work program, and this is the first time of this mode's experiment developed in Chinese mainland, Project use 6 children of junior students in the migrant schools as the clients, with the pattern of 1+1 that is one social work professional university student and one junior student coordinate growth, in order to commit a contribution for the vitality of the exaltation Urban migrant children, and on the basis of experiment, consider the "growth mentor" mode that stimulated in local social work role and adaptability. This study based on the project, using the method of participatial type observation and semi-structured interview, hope that through the angle of multiculturalism to Analyze "growth mentor" triggered the values of the collision between mentor and guided students in domestic practice and such collisions bring each other's growth, then try to investigate this kind of effectiveness and scarcity of social work mode that facilitates common growth of inflict. Here it is important to stress, this paper had no intention to compare the form of eastern and western society research work of different inspection, and just focus on the "growth mentor" such ways of social work, case lord and agency work of different cultural forces brings both parties'growth impact and this impact of interaction.
