Middle school students are in the adolescent period of rapid physical and mental transformation and growth,and they can easily fall into a state of confusion.At the same time,middle school students have unlimited possibilities because of their early youth.Based on my own experience,the author thinks that life education can help middle school students to complete their physical and mental transformation smoothly and achieve positive growth.Based on the analysis of related research at home and abroad,this study combined the life status,problems,and needs of the research objects,and used action research as the research method to establish the research ideas and research plan for this research.Action research is divided into four stages.In these four stages,the relationship between the actor and the research subject has gone through four states: estrangement to companionship,companionship to understanding,understanding to awareness,and awareness to support.After the action,on the one hand,I evaluated the social work intervention effects of life education actions of middle school students through participatory observation and interview methods;on the other hand,I achieved self-knowledge remodeling by reviewing my own experience again.Through the entire course of action research,this study excavates middle school students 'outlook on life,influencing factors,and other groups' understanding of life education for middle school students.The research results show that middle school students pursue good things and value life itself,but their views on life are often influenced by the education environment,other people's evaluations,network information and growth guidance.From the perspective of relevant groups,middle school students guide and help them find ideals and Proper empowerment can help improve their outlook on life.Finally,according to the research results,this study reflects four key points of life education for middle school students,namely establishing emotional connection,using life to influence life,returning to life characteristics,responding to individual appeals,creating an atmosphere,allowing life to sublimate in self-awareness,and discovering growth guidance To guide life forward.In short,life education for middle school students should be consistent with the life characteristics of middle school students.Educators must learn to establish emotional connections with middle school students,create an atmosphere for middle school students to think spontaneously,and use life to affect life.
